Portland, OR to upgrade their enforcement solution effective December 2018. Once again the Bureau of Transportation turns to Schweers when faced with 3 major changes in the city’s parking operations. All 1800 Cale meters will be converted from pay and display to pay by plate with the elimination of paper receipts.

Pay by Phone payments have been introduced city wide. Lastly, all parking permits will become digitalized and hangtags removed.
